HOTEL TRAFFIC POZNAŃ REGULATIONS
- 1. Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the hotel. There is a designated smoking area outside on the terrace. If it is confirmed that a guest is smoking or has smoked in a room, corridor, or any other non-designated area, a fine of 200 PLN will be imposed. If the fine is not paid, the receptionist or manager has the right to call the police and security.
- 2. Guests must present a valid ID with a photo at the reception upon check-in. If a guest refuses to present an ID in a manner that allows for check-in, the receptionist has the right to deny issuing the room key.
- 3. The hotel may refuse to accommodate a guest who has significantly violated the Regulations during a previous stay, particularly by causing damage to the hotel's property or the property of other guests, or harm to other guests, hotel employees, or other persons on the premises.
- 4. Parking rules: a. Guests wishing to use the parking facility must make a reservation in advance. b. There is an additional charge of 50 PLN per day for parking. c. Only passenger cars, vehicles up to 5 meters in length, and weighing up to 3.5 tons are allowed in the parking lot directly adjacent to the hotel. For vehicles not meeting these criteria, please contact reception for directions to an alternative parking facility. d. Failure to comply with the above requirements will result in a fine of 2000 PLN.
- 5. Minors must provide identification (student ID, health book). If traveling alone without a legal guardian, they must have a Parental/Legal Guardian Consent Form to stay at Hotel Traffic Poznań.
- 6. If the identity of the minor cannot be verified or if they do not have the legal consent for the stay, the receptionist has the right to refuse the reservation.
- 7. The use of drugs, psychotropic substances, and/or other intoxicants is strictly prohibited on the hotel premises.
- 8. The hotel is not responsible for items, money, or valuables left on the premises. Valuables can be deposited at the reception.
- 9. The hotel day lasts from 2:00 PM to 11:00 AM. The hotel is open 24 hours a day.
- 10. Please request an extension of your stay in advance, by 10:30 AM at the reception. The hotel does not guarantee the availability of rooms. If the stay is extended, the guest agrees to pay for the extended stay by 11:00 AM. Failure to pay will result in the refusal of the extension and the need for the guest to check out.
- 11. All phone/email/direct reservations become non-refundable upon check-in. In case of shortening the stay, no refunds will be given.
- 12. All complaints are considered only with a receipt/VAT invoice.
- 13. Only registered guests are allowed in the rooms. Visitors can be received in the dining area only with prior approval from the receptionist. Visitors are allowed on the hotel premises no later than 10:00 PM.
- 14. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. Guests returning late or very late should be quiet to avoid disturbing other guests.
- 15. Please exercise caution while using the hotel terrace, adhering to the rules stated in point 9 of these regulations.
- 16. Guests are fully responsible for any damage or destruction of hotel property caused by them.
- 17. Guests can use kitchen items such as pots, plates, cutlery, cups, etc. After meals, please clean up after yourself.
- 18. If a key and/or room key fob is lost, the guest must immediately report to the reception to have the lock replaced and pay a fee of 50 PLN.
- 19. During their stay and after check-out, guests can store their luggage in the luggage room for free, but not for more than 24 hours.
- 20. In case of severe violations of the regulations or inappropriate behavior, the manager or receptionist may ask the person to leave the hotel; if they do not comply, the police and/or security may be called to remove them. Guests asked to leave for violating the regulations will not receive a refund for the unused nights.
- 21. Pet policy: a. Guests must notify the hotel of their intention to bring pets at the time of booking. The limit is two pets per room. Pets are not allowed in common areas or the kitchen. b. The hotel charges a one-time fee of 50 PLN per pet for the stay. c. Only domestic pets are allowed. The hotel reserves the right to refuse animals considered dangerous or aggressive. d. Pets must have a health book with up-to-date vaccinations and deworming records. e. For safety, pets should have a leash, collar, muzzle, or cage, depending on the species.
- 22. In all matters not covered by the regulations, but related to the hotel's operation (such as maintaining order, protecting property, adhering to cultural norms), guests must follow the instructions of the receptionist or manager.
- 23. The guest agrees to the processing and storage of personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2002 No. 101, item 926, as amended) by SH&H Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością Spółka komandytowa, based in Kraków, ul. Kunickiego 5/201, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for Kraków - Śródmieście in Kraków, XII Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS: 0000639868, with NIP: 6792659490, REGON: 357423617 (hereinafter referred to as Smart Hotel & Hostel), where SH&H owns a network of accommodation facilities, including the TRAFFIC hotel at ul. Niezłomnych 1 in Poznań, for purposes necessary to provide the guest's stay at the hotel and other services offered by the hotel. Guests have the right to access and correct their personal data.
